I have not revisited this blog since I created it. Instead I created a new blog called Dance Your Prayers. It is the name of a dance party thay my friend Peg and I created. We started it in October 2009 after many years of thinking about doing it. Hence, writing about it on this “thoughts about feelings” blog.Throughout the years we have attended many dancing workshop.  A few years ago we went to Canada for a week of improvisational dance and had a wonderful time sightseeing as well as dancing and meeting new people. We have been so inspired by this type of movement and trance dancing and wanted to create our own dance experience around our”experiences”.

We would dream about how we would do it and what it would look like and where it would be. I personally want to buy an old church and have the parties inside the vastness of a cathedral setting. Peg likes that idea as well as a “disco” ball in the middle of the room. We’ve had so many varying ideas and dreams that when the opportunity arose to “just start” dancing. We said, ” I guess it’s time”!

So here we are and here I am creating two blogs around two different but the same things. Thoughts about Feelings. Everything I do, every breath I take is about “how I feel”, “what I am feeling”, curious and noticing the particular feeling. As a child I was told that I was too sensitive or too something. But never was I told, Diane, how beautiful it is that you are having a “happy” feeling, or “sad” feeling or “angry” feeling. Just that I was tooooo feeling. Well here I am many years later, a woman who has created her entire life around my feelings and encouraging others to JUST FEEL! Whatever it is —enjoy those delicious, glorious feelings of LIFE!

I have been offering Wellness Coaching services for over 20 years. I am always honored and thrilled to work with people who are willing and desirous of connecting to their deeper selves.  My work caters to those that have already done transformational work and are ready to go to another level of self-discovery.
